Step 1: Download the Mobee App
Get your Mobee app before creating your new account. You can find the Mobee app through the App Store and Google Play Store.
Step 2: Create Your Account
Open the Mobee app, then tap the "Sign Up" button to create a new account.
Step 3: Enter Your Email and Other Information
In this step, you need to fill out the registration form with your full name, email, password, and phone number. Mobee will send you an OTP code which you can enter in the "Phone OTP Verification" field. Enter the OTP code in the designated field and click "Sign Up".
Step 4: Enter the OTP Code
Mobee will send OTP to your email address. Enter the OTP code in the designated field. Make sure you enter the OTP code correctly.
Step 6: Complete KYC
Once you have successfully registered your Mobee account, complete your account verification process (KYC) by tapping the “Verify” button.
Step 7: Upload ID and Face Verification
In this step, Mobee will ask for permission to access the camera and microphone. You'll be directed to a new page where you can complete the verification process.
Step 8: Complete the Entire Verification Process
Next, enter the complete information listed on the verification page.
Once done, submit your account verification by tapping the "Submit" button.
