About Roles

As a Customer Service Representative at Mobee, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experience by assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. You will collaborate closely with the compliance team to support the processing of customer data and fund withdrawals, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in resolving issues and answering questions promptly through WhatsApp, Live Chat, and other available communication channels, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Review and process manual Know Your Customer (KYC) information, ensuring all customer data is accurate and in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Create and submit daily reports on customer interactions, including incoming tickets, queries, and issues raised, ensuring thorough documentation of activities for internal tracking.
  • Collaborate with the other team to reach out to customers and request updated documentation or information as needed for regulatory purposes.
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, particularly with time-sensitive tasks like KYC reviews.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools such as WhatsApp and Live Chat platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and report daily activities.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly the compliance, tech and data team, to support regulatory and customer service objectives.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the fintech or financial services industry, is a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and handle customer issues proactively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
