These General Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between the user and CTXG in relation to the procedures for using the CTXG Platform and trading Crypto Assets on the CTXG Platform.
By reading and agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions, the User also agrees to the changes, additions, replacements of these General Terms and Conditions, as well as other policies and terms and conditions established, displayed, and provided by CTXG in the CTXG Platform, along with changes, additions, replacements frorn time to time, which are an integral and inseparable part of these General Terms and Conditions.
General Terms and Conditions are as follows:
1. DEFINITION
All definitions and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions shall have the following meanings:
1 .1 . "Crypto Asset" means an intangible commodity in digital form, using cryptography, information technology networks, and distributed ledgers, to organize the creation of new units, verify transactions, and secure transactions without the intervention of other parties.
1 .2. "Bappebti" means the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency at the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia.
1 .3. "CTXG" means PT CTXG Indonesia Berkarya.
1 .4. "Confidential Information" means as defined in Number 15.1 of these General Terms and Conditions.
1 .5. 'Force Majeure" means as defined in Number 17 of these General Terms and Conditions.
1 .6. "User" means a party who accesses the CTXG Platform and/or who has registered and been verified on the CTXG Platform so as to conduct Crypto Asset trading activities through the CTXG Platform.
1 .7. "Dispute" means any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of, or in connection with or relating to these General Terms and Conditions.
1 .8. "CTXG Platform" means the websites, applications, systems, features, technologies provided and managed by CTXG and used for trading Crypto Assets with the scope of activities as specified in these General Terms and Conditions.
1 .9. "General Terms and Conditions" means these terms and conditions in relation to the manner of trading and use of the CTXG Platform together with any amendments, supplements, replacements from time to time.
1 .10. "Wallet" means the medium used to store Crypto Assets in the form of coins or tokens.

3. CRYPTO ASSET TRADING RISKS
3.1 The User understands that Crypto Asset is a commodity that has a high risk, including but not limited to the risk of price fluctuations, financial risks, and other risks that may be faced by the User when conducting Crypto Asset trading transactions on the CTXG Platform. All such risks are entirely the responsibility of the User. Therefore, Users are advised to be careful and must have knowledge and/or experience in conducting Crypto Asset trading transactions, so that users are able to evaluate and analyze the risks of Crypto Asset investment and have the ability to bear the financial risks of Crypto Asset investment.
3.2 The User understands and acknowledges that no representations and warranties are made regarding the future value or trading volume of Crypto Assets.
4. SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES
4.1. The scope of activities that can be carried out in the CTXG Platform is as follows:s
4.1.1 Sell and/or buy between Crypto Assets and Rupiah currency;
4.1.2. Exchange between 1 (one) or more types of Crypto Assets;
4.1.3 Storage of User's Crypto Assets;
4.1.4 Transfer or transfer of Crypto Assets between Wallets; and/or
4.1.5 Use of other services as set forth in these General Terms and Conditions and as subsequently determined by CTXG from time to time.

4.3. The User agrees to use the CTXG Platform only for the activities as mentioned above and will not use the CTXG Platform to perform actions that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to hacking, fraud, money laundering and terrorism financing. In this case, CTXG has the right and authority to monitor the User's account.
4.4. In order to facilitate Users and support the implementation of activities, CTXG may cooperate with other service providers, including but not limited to payment gateway service providers, electronic money service providers, and Crypto Asset storage service providers.
5. USER ACCOUNT
5.1. To be able to conduct Crypto Asset trading transactions on the CTXG Platform, Users are required to have an account, by following the steps and procedures determined by CTXG, and fulfilling the requirements, among others, as follows:
5.2. The User warrants that the information provided in connection with the use of the CTXG Platform and for the purposes of procuring these General Terms and Conditions is accurate and complete in all respects.
5.3 Each User can only have 1 (one) account with the same identity.
5.4. The User shall provide information to CTXG in order to identify and verify the User to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data provided by the User and the background or profile of the User. This identification and verification is carried out in order to implement the Know Your Customer (KYC) principle, conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) or Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), fraud detection, money laundering, terrorism financing, and/or other financial crimes.
5.5. User Account can only be used if the User has passed the identification and verification process.
5.6. After the User has passed the identification and verification process, the User may create or change the password for the User's account by using the features provided in the CTXG Platform.
5.7 The security and confidentiality of the User's account and information related to the User's account are the sole responsibility of the User. In this case, every use, order, and/or command made through the User's account is a valid request from the User concerned. The User account can only be used and controlled by the User concerned. The User shall immediately notify CTXG in the event that the user's account is used by other parties and/or other violations occur.

5.9 If CTXG, based on its sole discretion, suspects that the User commits unlawful acts, violations, crimes, and/or other acts that are contrary to these General Terms and Conditions and/or applicable laws and regulations or the User's account is not used within a certain time, CTXG may freeze or close the User's account, stop the use of the CTXG Platform, and take actions others as deemed necessary for the purpose of protecting the interests of CTXG and/or other Users in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
5.10 In the event of freezing or permanently closing the User's account, the User may make withdrawals in accordance with the withdrawal provisions as set forth in these General Terms and Conditions, provided that the User must settle all outstanding financial obligations owed to CTXG. For this purpose, CTXG may compensate the outstanding financial obligations for the withdrawal proceeds that should have been paid to the User as a result of freezing or permanently closing the User's account.
6. DATA UPDATES AND CHANGES:
6.1. Updating and changing User data can only be done by the relevant User by using the features and procedures provided in the CTXG Platform.
6.2. The User shall update the User data registered in the CTXG Platform in accordance with the current condition of the user concerned by using the features and procedures provided in the Platform.
7. PERSONAL DATA
Provisions regarding the collection, storage, processing, and use of User's personal data are subject to and governed by the Privacy Policy which is an integral and inseparable part of these General Terms and Conditions.
8. TRANSACTION PROCEDURE
8.1. Users can specify a sell or buy order in 3 (three) ways, as follows:
8.2. Before making transactions in the CTXG Platform, the User first places (deposits):
8.3. The User can only make transactions on the CTXG Platform if the User has sufficient funds and/or Crypto Assets.
8.4. CTXG, at its sole discretion, has the right to refuse and/or cancel the transaction, if CTXG knows and suspects that there is a crime or violation in the transaction.
8.5 Users cannot cancel any transactions that have been made and completed through the CTXG Platform.
8.6 The User can access the trading history conducted by the User in the CTXG Platform. All transaction data conducted by the User through the CTXG Platform will be recorded automatically in the CTXG Platform. The User cannot change or modify the transaction data carried out by the User in order to maintain the accuracy of the Crypto Asset trading history on the CTXG Platform.
8.7 Users are solely responsible for properly conducting transactions on the CTXG Platform.
9. TRANSACTION FEES, WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS AND CRYPTO ASSETS, AND TRANSFER OF
CRYPTO ASSETS
9.1 1 . The User is fully responsible for making withdrawals of funds and Crypto Assets and the transfer of Crypto Assets as referred to in this Number 9 through the CTXG Platform correctly, and ensuring the accuracy of any information provided.
10. TRANSACTION SECURITY
To ensure the security of transactions carried out by Users in the CTXG Platform, then:
a. Most of the Crypto Assets will be stored in cold storage;
b. Any large Crypto Asset trading transactions require Google 2FA authentication. This is intended to ensure that the User conducts such transactions through his/her own equipment;
c. Any withdrawal of funds or Crypto Assets requires phone number, email, and Google 2FA authentication;
d. The CTXG Platform will offer the User to be able to use a special IP address where the User can only log into the User's account when the User is connected to the special IP address;
e. The CTXG Platform will send a short message that will appear on the screen of the User's equipment (push notification) and notification via electronic mail to the User when there is a crypto asset sale or purchase transaction made in the User's account;
f. CTXG will provide treasury funds and partner with insurance companies to ensure the security of User funds deposited into bank accounts designated for Crypto Asset trading transactions on the CTXG Platform;
g. CTXG will conduct periodic security audits, especially when CTXG wants to update or add features in the CTXG Platform. Every 6 (six) months, CTXG will also conduct a security audit to identify weaknesses in the CTXG Platform.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
1 1 .1 . CTXG or its affiliates (as the case may be) is the owner of the CTXG Platform and all intellectual property rights associated with the CTXG Platform.
1 1 .2. Users may only use intellectual property rights related to the CT)(G Platform as authorized by CTXG in the context of using theCTXG Platform in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.
1 1 .3. The User is not allowed to reproduce, distribute, publicly disclose or in any way exploit the CTXG Platform, intellectual property rights related to the CTXG Platform, or any content or information that the User can access from the CTXG Platform.
12. EXEMPTION AND INDEMNIFICATION
The User hereby agrees to release and discharge CTXG, including but not limited to CTXG's directors, commissioners, officers, employees, consultants, lawyers, contractors, agents, and representatives from and against claims, damages, costs arising in connection with (i) violations of these General Terms and Conditions and applicable laws and regulations, (ii) the use and activities of the User in the CTXG Platform, or (iii) the User's negligence.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
13.1 CTXG provides the CTXG Platform as is and does not represent and warrant the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, accuracy, completeness or security of the CTXG Platform. Therefore, CTXG shall not be liable for any losses, costs and/or damages caused by problems and failures on the CTXG Platform.
13.2 Although CTXG will continue to make reasonable efforts to update any information in the CTXG Platform, CTXG does not represent and warrant that any information on the CTXG Platform is accurate, current and complete in all respects.
13.3 The information provided in this Platform is general information that is not intended to provide advice, including investment and financial advice that Users may rely on. Users are advised to still obtain advice from professionals or specialists before taking action based on the information provided in the CTXG Platform.
13.4 In the event that the User suffers a loss caused by CTXG's breach of these General Terms and Conditions, the User agrees that the amount of compensation to the User shall not exceed the amount paid in connection with such event.
13.5. Under no circumstances will CTXG be liable to the User in respect of the following losses (whether such losses are foreseeable or known): (i) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, (ii) loss of actual or anticipated profits, (iii) loss of income, and (iv) loss of anticipated savings.
14. NOTIFICATION AND GRIEVANCE SERVICE
14.1 The User agrees that any communication with CTXG will be conducted via telephone or electronic mail as follows:

14.2 Any communication and notice delivered via electronic format shall be deemed to be a written communication and notice.
14.3 The User shall immediately notify CTXG if there is any misuse of the User's account and/or CTXG's Paltform, fraud attempts, suspicious activities, or other events that may affect the User and CTXG.
14.4 The User is willing to receive notifications from CTXG in connection with the use of the CTXG Platform, including but not limited to the User's account and transactions, and promotions.
14.5 In addition to the media as referred to in Number 14.1 above, CTXG also provides communication or complaint services provided in the CTXG Platform, namely a chatbot feature that will help answer and respond to any complaints, problems, questions, and suggestions from Users before being responded to by CTXG user service representatives if needed. To shorten the time and provide convenience for Users, CTXG also provides blog and Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) features provided on the CTXG Platform.
14.6 In submitting complaints, constraints, questions, and suggestions, Users must provide sufficient information for follow-up. CTXG will carefully study and review each complaint, obstacle, question, and suggestion from the User before making a decision and providing a response with the aim Of ensuring User satisfaction.
14.7 If the complaint cannot be resolved through the complaint service provided by CTXG, so that it becomes a Dispute, CT)(G and the User agree to resolve the Dispute through dispute resolution as stipulated in Number 16 of these Terms and Conditions.
15. CONFIDENTIALITY
15.1 CTXG and User agree to keep confidential and not to use, disclose or divulge to any third party or to allow or cause anyone to know any information relating to these General Terms and Conditions, including their implementation ("Confidential Information"). All Confidential Information shall only be used for the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions.
15.2 Each of CTXG and the User may disclose Confidential Information to its affiliated companies, directors, board of commissioners, employees, officers and/or consultants limited to those who need to know the Confidential Information provided that CTXG or the User (whichever is relevant) shall ensure that the affiliated companies, directors, board of commissioners, employees, officers and/or consultants comply with the confidentiality provisions under these General Terms and Conditions.
15.3 The confidentiality obligations under these General Terms and Conditions do not apply to information that:

16. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
16.1 These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
16.2 Any Dispute must be resolved by deliberation within 30 (thirty) calendar days after written notification of the existence of the Dispute which must be delivered by registered mail to CTXG. In the event that the Dispute cannot be resolved by deliberation within 30 (thirty) calendar days, CTXG and the User may resolve the Dispute using the procedures as stipulated in the Rules and Regulations of the Futures Exchange or Bappebti Regulations.
16.3 If the Dispute cannot be resolved in the manner as set forth in Number 16.2 above, then the Dispute will be resolved through the Commodity Futures Trading Arbitration Board or the South Jakarta District Court.
17. KAHAR'S STATE
Responsibilities and obligations under these General Terms and Conditions and the use of the CTXG Platform may be interrupted due to circumstances occurring beyond authority and control, including but not limited to unforeseen national labor conflicts, acts of God, earthquakes, requisitions, seizures, commandos, public decrees, riots, insurrections, telecommunication interruptions, power interruptions ("Force Majeure"). The User hereby agrees to release and hold CTXG harmless from and against any claims, damages, costs incurred in relation to the disruption of the performance of CTXG's responsibilities and obligations under these General Terms and Conditions and the use of the CTXG Platform as a result of Force Majeure. CTXG has the right and authority to stop the Platform including the activities therein in the event of Force Majeure.
18. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
The User shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and shall bear all costs and taxation incurred in connection with the implementation of these General Terms and Conditions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
18.1 In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and Conditions and any other agreements, policies, terms and conditions in connection with the use and trading of Crypto Assets on the CTXG Platform, these General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
18.2 The User may not assign any of the rights and obligations in these General Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, to any party without the prior written consent of CTXG. However, CTXG may assign any of the rights and obligations in these General Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, to any party without the prior written consent of the User or written notice to the User .
18.3 The express or implied waiver by any CTXG of any right or relief to the User shall not constitute a continuing waiver of the waived right or relief or a waiver of any other right or relief.
18.4 If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any judicial or other competent authority, then the remaining provisions of these General Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect and shall not in any way be impaired.
18.5 These General Terms and Conditions survive the termination, closure or suspension of the CTXG Platform either temporarily or permanently.
18.6 These General Terms and Conditions are in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Indonesian version, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
