These General Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between the User and Mobee regarding the procedures for using the Mobee Platform and trading Crypto Assets on the Mobee Platform.
The General Terms and Conditions are as follows:
All definitions and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions shall have the following meanings:
1.1. “Affiliate” means any party that directly or indirectly, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Mobee. The terms “control”, “controlled by” or “under common control” mean the entire authority of a party (whether an individual, corporation or otherwise) directly or indirectly, by way of holding shares or having voting rights in respect of a company or entity or by virtue of the authority set out in the articles of association or other document, to manage the company or entity and to conduct the affairs of the company or entity in accordance with the wishes of the party or to direct the management or policies of the company or entity or the authority to reject or overrule the principal policies of the company or entity.
1.2. “Crypto Assets” means a digital representation of value that can be stored and transferred using technology that enables the use of distributed ledgers such as blockchain to verify its transactions and ensure the security and validity of the stored information, is not guaranteed by a central authority such as a central bank but is issued by a private party, can be transacted, stored, and transferred or assigned electronically, and can be a digital coin, token, or other representation of an asset that includes backed crypto-assets and unbacked crypto-assets.
1.3. “OJK” means the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia, which is a government agency whose main task is to provide guidance, regulation, development and supervision of digital financial asset trading.
1.4. “Mobee” means PT CTXG Indonesia Berkarya, and is a trademark owned by PT CTXG Indonesia Berkarya which has been registered and protected in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
1.5. “Confidential Information” means as defined in Number 19.1 of this General Terms and Conditions.
1.6. “Force Majeure” means as defined in Number 21 of this General Terms and Conditions.
1.7. “User” means a party who accesses the Mobee Platform and/or who has registered and been verified on the Mobee Platform so that they can carry out Crypto Assets trading activities via the Mobee Platform.
1.8. “Dispute” means any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of, or in connection with or relating to this General Terms and Conditions.
1.9. “Mobee Platform” means the website, application, system, features, technology provided and managed by Mobee and used for trading Crypto Assets with the scope of activities as determined in this General Terms and Conditions.
1.10. “General Terms and Conditions” means this terms and conditions in relation to the trading procedures and use of the Mobee Platform.
1.11. “Wallet” means the media used to store Crypto Assets.
Mobee is a limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, domiciled in District 8, Treasury Tower Floor 18, SCBD, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman Kavling 52-53, Senayan, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta Administrative City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta Province. Further information on the profile of Mobee can be accessed through the website https://mobee.io.
3.1. The User understands that Crypto Assets are commodities that have quite high risks, including but not limited to the risk of price fluctuations, financial risks, and other risks that may be faced by the User when conducting Crypto Assets trading transactions on the Mobee Platform. All of these risks are entirely the responsibility of the User. Therefore, the User is advised to be careful and must have knowledge and/or experience in conducting Crypto Assets trading transactions, so that the User is able to evaluate and analyze the risk of Crypto Assets investment and has the ability to bear the financial risk of Crypto Assets investment.
3.2. The User understands and acknowledges that no representations or guarantees are made regarding the future value or trading volume of Crypto Assets.
4.1. The scope of activities that can be carried out on the Mobee Platform is as follows:
a. Sell and/or buy between Crypto Assets and Rupiah currency;
b. Exchange between 1 (one) or more types of Crypto Assets;
c. Storage of User’s Crypto Assets; and/or
d. Transfer or move Crypto Assets between Wallets.
4.2. In order to facilitate User and support the implementation of activities, Mobee can collaborate with other service providers, including but not limited to payment gateway service providers, electronic money service providers, and Crypto Assets storage service providers.
4.3. In the event that Mobee takes a position for itself, Mobee will pay attention to the following provisions:
a. Act as a market maker or liquidity provider in transactions;
b. Give priority to Users in taking buy or sell positions;
c. Use Mobee's own funds or Crypto Assets and place funds in a separate account of the Futures Clearing Institution while Crypto Assets are placed with the Crypto Assets Storage Manager;
d. Not use the User's funds or Crypto Assets;
e. Convey the position-taking mechanism to the OJK, Futures Exchange, Futures Clearing Institution, and Users; and
f. Make separate records regarding its implementation.
5.1. The User shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to the implementation of this General Terms and Conditions.
5.2. By reading and agreeing to this General Terms and Conditions and using the Mobee Platform, the User also agrees to any changes, additions, replacements to this General Terms and Conditions that have been approved by the OJK, as well as other policies and terms and conditions set, displayed, and provided by Mobee on the Mobee Platform, along with changes, additions, replacements from time to time, which are an integral and inseparable part of this General Terms and Conditions.
5.3. The User agrees to use the Mobee Platform only for activities as specified in this General Terms and Conditions, and will not use the Mobee Platform to carry out actions that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to hacking, fraud, money laundering and terrorism financing. In this case, Mobee is entitled and authorized to monitor the User's account.
5.4. The User agrees to bear the risks and be responsible for any actions taken by the User that result in a violation of this General Terms and Conditions and applicable laws and regulations, and other consequences that harm the User arising from the User's negligence or error.
5.5. Each of Mobee and the User shall bear all tax obligations arising in relation to the implementation of this General Terms and Conditions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
6.1. To be able to carry out Crypto Assets trading transactions on the Mobee Platform, the User must have an account and meet the following requirements:a. Agree to be subject to this General Terms and Conditions and be legally competent to agree to this General Terms and Conditions;b. Be at least 17 (seventeen) years old;c. Have an Identity Card (identity document) for Indonesian citizens, or passport and identity card issued by the User's country of origin, Permanent Stay Permit Card (KITAP) or Limited Stay Permit Card (KITAS) for foreign citizens;d. Use their own funds or Crypto Assets and not funds or Crypto Assets sourced from or belonging to another person, or proceeds of crime, money laundering, terrorism financing and/or weapons of mass destruction;e. Have an active email address.
6.2. Each User may only have 1 (one) account with the same identity.
6.3. The User is required to register on the Mobee Platform in order to have an account and conduct transactions on the Mobee Platform. In this case, the User must provide information to Mobee in order to identify and verify the User to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data provided by the User and the User's background or profile. This identification and verification is carried out in order to apply the Know Your Customer (KYC) principle, perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) or Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), detect fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, and/or other financial crimes.
6.4. For registration or account opening on the Mobee Platform, the User will be guided through a step-by-step process:a. Select the “sign up” button, or register using Google Mail or Apple ID.b. The User may also enter a referral code obtained from another person (if any). Select the “do not have” button if there is no referral code.c. Fill out the form with full name, email, phone number, one time password (OTP) for phone number verification, nationality, password, and confirm password, then check the box for terms and conditions and privacy policy and select the “sign up” button. The one time password (OTP) for phone number verification can be obtained by selecting the “send” button after entering the phone number.d. Select the User’s trading experience level, then select the “send” one time password (OTP) button to verify the User's email.e. Enter the 6-digit one time password (OTP) sent to the User’s email address, then select the “verify” button to verify the email.f. An authorization email will be sent. The User will be prompted to click the authorization link in the email.g. The User may also enable notifications for real-time updates by selecting the “turn on notification” button or choose to enable it later by clicking “later”.h. After registration is complete, the User may proceed to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by selecting the “verify account” button, or explore the Mobee Platform first by selecting the “explore Mobee” button.i. The User can access Know Your Customer (KYC) verification from the homepage or from a message when trying to access a restricted part of the Mobee Platform.j. After selecting the “verify account” button, the User will be directed to the initial Know Your Customer (KYC) verification page. The User must grant camera access to ensure a smooth verification process.k. After selecting the “start verification” button, the User will be directed to the document verification page. The User can take a photo or upload a photo of the identity document. If taking a photo, the User must capture the front side using the camera within the Mobee Platform.l. After successfully taking or uploading the photo, the User can confirm to submit it. The photo must be clear.m. After submitting the identity document photo, the User proceeds to facial verification using the front camera.n. The User must place their face within the frame and tap the camera icon. For successful verification, avoid accessories (e.g., mask or hat) and ensure good lighting.o. If satisfied with the photo, the User selects “looks good” to continue.p. After taking the document and selfie photos, the User must confirm the basic information displayed on the screen, ensuring it matches the identity document.q. The User must then fill in optional and required fields including Tax Identification Number, occupation, income, source of wealth, account purpose, and current address.r. After submitting, the verification process is completed.s. The User must wait for approval (status: pending verification).t. Once verified, the User may begin funding and using features on Mobee.u. If rejected, the User may restart the process by selecting the “verify account” button on the homepage.
6.5. The User Account may only be used if the User has been declared to have passed the identification and verification process. Once verified, the User may create or change their own password via the features provided on the Mobee Platform.
6.6. The security and confidentiality of the User Account and its associated information is entirely the responsibility of the User. Any use, order, and/or instruction conducted through the User Account shall be deemed the legitimate request of the respective User.
6.7. The User Account may only be used and controlled by the respective User. The User must immediately notify Mobee if the account is used by another party and/or in case of any violations.
6.8. If Mobee, at its sole discretion, suspects any illegal acts, violations, crimes, or actions harmful to Mobee or other Users, or breach of this General Terms and Conditions or inactivity, Mobee may freeze or close the User Account, suspend access, and take any action necessary to protect its interests or those of other Users in accordance with law.
6.9. If the account is permanently frozen or closed, the User may withdraw funds per withdrawal procedures herein, provided all obligations to Mobee are fulfilled. Mobee may offset outstanding obligations from withdrawal amounts due to the User.
7.1. Data updates and amendments can only be carried out by the User by submitting a request to Mobee.
7.2. The User must update their registered data on the Mobee Platform to reflect their current condition.
7.3. The User may contact Mobee to submit the request, and Mobee will provide instructions and documentation requirements.
7.4. Mobee, at its own discretion, may accept or reject such requests if it finds inaccuracies or errors in the User’s information.
Provisions regarding the collection, storage, processing, and use of the User’s personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy which is an integral part of this General Terms and Conditions.
9.1.1. Users may place a sell or buy order in the following 3 (three) ways:
a. Buy or sell Crypto Assets at the market price;
b. Set a specific price at which to buy or sell Crypto Assets;
c. Set a stop price which triggers an automatic transaction when the market reaches it.
9.1.2. Before conducting transactions, the User must deposit:
a. Rupiah funds to a designated bank account:
i. Bank BCA: minimum IDR 50,000;
ii. QR code: minimum IDR 10,000;
iii. Virtual account: minimum IDR 10,000;
iv. E-wallet: minimum IDR 50,000.
b. Crypto Assets to a Wallet designated by Mobee, subject to verification.
9.1.3. Users may only trade on Mobee if their account has sufficient funds or Crypto Assets.
9.1.4. Mobee reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions suspected of involving unlawful acts or violations. Mobee is not responsible for transaction failures or delays.
9.1.5. Transactions already completed on the Mobee Platform cannot be cancelled.
9.1.6. The User can access their trade history, which is recorded automatically and cannot be modified.
9.1.7. The User is fully responsible for executing transactions accurately on the Mobee Platform.
a. Access deposit options from the homepage or Wallet;
b. Choose a deposit method: bank transfer, virtual account, QR code, e-wallet, or Crypto Assets;
c. For bank transfer, choose from options and follow transfer instructions;
d. For virtual account, a VA number will be provided;
e. For QR, a time-limited QR code is generated;
f. For e-wallet, select the desired provider;
g. Enter the deposit amount;
h. Confirm and authorize via external e-wallet interface;
i. Upon successful deposit, funds are credited to the User’s Rupiah Wallet.
a. Select “deposit using Crypto Asset”;
b. Choose the type of Crypto Asset;
c. If first time using a network, generate a deposit address;
d. A wallet address and QR code will be provided for use.
a. Access trading via the “market” icon or “trade” button;
b. Select Crypto Asset pair;
c. Use available features: chart, buy/sell toggle, order types (market, limit, stop market, trailing stop);
d. Input details and review active/open orders and history.
a. Access instant convert from homepage, Wallet, individual Asset page, or trading page;
b. Enter sell/buy amount — the other field will auto-calculate;
c. Click “convert” after entering valid data;
d. Confirm transaction via pop-up drawer;
e. Conversion result will display after submission.
10.1. Users are charged IDR 8,000 for each Rupiah withdrawal.
10.2. Crypto Asset withdrawal fees depend on the blockchain network and may vary. Example: Ethereum network may cost 0.005 ETH or IDR 172,813.
10.3. Mobee may change fees from time to time with prior notice to Users.
10.4. Withdrawal conditions:
a. All financial obligations to Mobee and third parties are settled;
b. The withdrawal has been verified;
c. Daily withdrawal limit is IDR 750,000,000 (can be raised upon request);
d. Withdrawal must follow Mobee's procedures and applicable laws.
10.5. For fund withdrawals:
a. State withdrawal amount and registered bank account number;
b. Only in Rupiah.
10.6. For Crypto Asset withdrawals:
a. Type and amount of Crypto Asset;
b. Full name of User;
c. Recipient Wallet address.
10.7. Crypto withdrawals allowed only if recipient’s identity matches the User and records show matching balances.
10.8. Users may transfer Crypto Assets to other Mobee Wallets or external Wallets. Mobee will verify these transactions.
10.9. For transfers below USD 1,000 (or equivalent in Rupiah), Users must provide:
a. Blockchain network used;
b. Sender and recipient full names;
c. Sender and recipient Wallet addresses;
d. Type and amount of Crypto Asset.
10.10. For transfers of USD 1,000 or more, Users must also provide:
a. Residential addresses of sender and recipient.
10.11. The User is fully responsible for the accuracy of all information in withdrawals and transfers.
To ensure the security of transactions carried out by the User on the Mobee Platform:
a. Most Crypto Assets will be stored in secure storage (cold storage);
b. Every large Crypto Asset transaction requires Google 2FA authentication to verify that the User is executing the transaction;
c. All fund or Crypto Asset withdrawals require phone, email, and Google 2FA verification;
d. Mobee will send push notifications and email alerts to Users when Crypto Asset transactions occur on their account;
e. Mobee will perform periodic security audits, especially before updates or feature additions, and at least once every 6 (six) months to identify system vulnerabilities.
12.1. The User represents and warrants that this General Terms and Conditions is a legally valid and binding agreement.
12.2. The User warrants that all information provided in connection with using the Mobee Platform and entering into this General Terms and Conditions is true and complete.
12.3. The User has read, understood, and in good faith will comply with all terms, conditions, obligations, and responsibilities herein.
12.4. The User has obtained the required approvals and has the legal capacity to enter into and perform the obligations under this General Terms and Conditions.
12.5. The User declares and warrants that this agreement does not violate applicable laws or other agreements involving the User.
12.6. The User shall not use the Mobee Platform for trading Crypto Assets related to:
(i) narcotics;
(ii) IPR-infringing goods or services;
(iii) ammunition, firearms, explosives, or sharp weapons;
(iv) unlawful sharing of personal data;
(v) gambling;
(vi) banking services outside Indonesia;
(vii) support for banned organizations; and
(viii) any illegal acts.
12.7. The User authorizes Mobee to use their data and communications (in accordance with applicable law), including for Mobee’s or partners’ marketing purposes.
12.8. The User shall not lease, sell, transfer, or assign their Mobee account to any third party for any purpose.
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Mobee implements an Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML-CFT) program and Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) policy.
Mobee has the authority to suspend, delay, or refuse account registration or transactions if any violation is suspected. Mobee may also report suspicious activity internally and to authorities. The User agrees not to raise objections to Mobee's actions related to this program.
Mobee may conduct scheduled maintenance of servers, systems, or infrastructure to optimize performance. Trading or features may be unavailable during such periods.
Mobee will provide at least 3 (three) days’ notice before scheduled maintenance via email and/or the Platform.
For urgent or unexpected issues requiring immediate maintenance, Mobee will notify Users as soon as possible with duration estimates.
15.1. Mobee or its Affiliates (as applicable) are the owners of the Mobee Platform and all intellectual property rights related to the Mobee Platform.
15.2. Users may only use the intellectual property related to the Mobee Platform as permitted by Mobee, solely for purposes in accordance with this General Terms and Conditions.
15.3. Users may not reproduce, distribute, publicly disclose, or otherwise exploit the Mobee Platform, its related intellectual property, or any content/information accessible via the Mobee Platform.
The User agrees to indemnify and release Mobee, including its directors, commissioners, officers, employees, consultants, lawyers, contractors, agents, and representatives, from and against any claims, damages, and expenses arising from:
(i) violations of this General Terms and Conditions or applicable laws,
(ii) false or misleading statements and warranties,
(iii) use or activities on the Mobee Platform, or
(iv) the User’s negligence.
17.1. Information provided on the Mobee Platform is general and not intended as financial or investment advice. Users are encouraged to consult professional advisors before making decisions based on such information.
17.2. Mobee shall not be liable to the User for losses arising from the following (whether foreseeable or known):
(i) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss,
(ii) actual or anticipated profit loss,
(iii) income loss,
(iv) anticipated savings loss.
18.1. The User agrees that communication with Mobee will be conducted via email: customer.support@mobee.io.
18.2. Any communication and notices via electronic format will be deemed valid written communication.
18.3. The User must notify Mobee promptly in the event of misuse of their account or Platform, fraud attempts, suspicious activity, or other incidents affecting the User or Mobee.
18.4. The User agrees to receive notifications related to their account, transactions, or promotions from Mobee.
18.5. In addition to email, Mobee provides in-platform communication services including a chatbot for handling complaints, questions, and suggestions. Mobee also offers a blog and FAQ to support Users.
18.6. To process complaints or inquiries, the User must provide adequate information. Mobee will carefully review each case and respond accordingly.
18.7. If the complaint cannot be resolved through Mobee’s complaint service and becomes a Dispute, it shall be settled in accordance with Section 20.
19.1. All information disclosed by either party in connection with the implementation of this General Terms and Conditions and that is confidential or reasonably understood as confidential (“Confidential Information”) shall remain confidential.
19.2. Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information received from the other party and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent from the disclosing party.
19.3. The confidentiality obligation does not apply to information that:
a. Is or becomes public knowledge not due to the recipient’s breach;
b. Was lawfully in the recipient’s possession before disclosure;
c. Is rightfully received from a third party without confidentiality obligations;
d. Is independently developed by the recipient without use of the disclosing party’s Confidential Information.
19.4. This confidentiality obligation shall survive for 5 (five) years after termination of this General Terms and Conditions.
20.1. This General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
20.2. Any Dispute arising between Mobee and the User shall first be resolved through mutual deliberation within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
20.3. If deliberation fails, the Dispute shall be resolved through the Financial Services Authority’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution (“LAPS OJK”).
20.4. If unresolved via LAPS OJK, the Dispute shall be finally settled in the South Jakarta District Court.
21.1. Mobee shall be released from performance obligations under this General Terms and Conditions in the event of Force Majeure.
21.2. “Force Majeure” includes events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, riots, war, government policy, epidemic, outbreak, system failure, emergency maintenance, or internet connectivity disruption.
21.3. Mobee shall notify the User of the Force Majeure event within 3 (three) business days and provide explanation or proof of occurrence.
22.1. In case of conflict between this General Terms and Conditions and other policies or regulations, this document shall prevail.
22.2. The User may not assign any rights or obligations under this General Terms and Conditions to any third party without Mobee’s written consent.
22.3. This agreement may be electronically agreed to and shall constitute legally valid evidence.
22.4. The User remains bound by this General Terms and Conditions even if the Platform is unavailable or their account is closed.
22.5. In case of inconsistency between language versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail and bind the parties.
