About Roles

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive business growth. The Social Media Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies, analyze performance metrics, and stay updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and create engaging and shareablecontent for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, andinfographics.
  • Identify relevant and trending content fromvarious sources to share with our audience and maintain a consistent postingschedule.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social mediaprofiles and presence, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter,Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Engage with the online community by respondingto comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to developand execute social media strategies that align with overall marketingobjectives and business goals.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns,promotions, and contests to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performanceusing analytical tools. Provide regular
    reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
  • Keep up-to-date with social media trends, bestpractices, and emerging platforms.
    Recommend and implement innovative strategies to reach a broader audience.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with thecompany's branding guidelines and maintains a consistent brand voice.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Knowledge of advertising on social media platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Having a passion for crypto and NFT is a big plus.
