• Own end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to final production
• Act as user’s advocate. Understand and solve user problems within the context of the product/business
• Contribute to and participate in our design critique process, to receive and provide feedback on design work
• Maintaining a consistent brand image for all visual and interactive brand communications
• QA work to ensure designs and creative assets are polished and ready for implementation handoff or final delivery
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and UX Research to drive product strategy and to design simple experiences that our customers love
• Communicate ideas and solutions to the stakeholders

• 2+ years of experience in a design role on crypto / gaming / fintech / ecommerce / investment start-ups
• Proven track record of working within a product team to ship successful products to users
• Ability to own design process end-to-end from concept to implementation
• Highly conceptual thinking in visual and interaction design and it shows in your portfolio
• Sharp attention to detail and mastery over your craft: visual design, interaction design, and prototyping
• A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of consistency, typography, colour, design systems, and attention to detail
• Experience creating and maintaining both product and brand design systems
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Design experiences across all platforms: iOS, Android, Web Mobile/Desktop.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
