  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks, including the use of financial derivatives.
  • Evaluate and manage the company's debt, including debt repayment planning.
  • Explore financing options and maintain relationships with lenders.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and banks.
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, and fees related to banking services.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare financial reports, including cash flow statements and investment performance reports.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis to assess the company's financial performance.
  • Provide recommendations for improving financial efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage liquidity to meet the company's short-term and long-term financial obligations.
  • Develop and monitor cash flow forecasts.
