We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager with fluency in Mandarin to drive growth and expand our business in the Chinese-speaking market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, relationship building, and strategic sales, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin. This role requires someone who can identify new opportunities, build lasting partnerships, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in Mandarin-speaking regions and other relevant international markets.
· Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in target markets.
· Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets, grow the company’s customer base, and increase revenue.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking markets.
· Establish and negotiate business partnerships, agreements, and contracts.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring smooth communication and a high level of service.
· Drive sales efforts by generating and qualifying leads, conducting presentations, and closing deals with new and existing clients.
· Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns for Mandarin-speaking markets.
· Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth objectives.
· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to ensure align menton business objectives and seamless execution of strategies.
· Provide insights to the leadership team regarding market conditions, customer feedback, and growth opportunities.
· Lead negotiations and coordinate the closing of key business deals with Mandarin-speaking partners and clients.
· Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to post-deal follow-up, ensuring the successful delivery of products or services.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
· 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
· Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively in both languages.
· Proven track record of driving business growth and managing client relationships.
· Strong understanding of the Chinese-speaking market, cultural nuances, and Cryptocurrency.
· Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
